Taking a dog along costs around 10euro / night, very thoroughly cleaned, location right by the park is perfect, great wifi connection

Newly renovated and modern furnished rooms. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was great. There was almost nothing missing. Would gladly come here again.

Terrace was only open in the morning, or was only coupled with the restaurant. Unfortunately we had forgotten something there and 2 days later could no longer find it despite video cameras.

The best and most versatile breakfast I have ever had in a hotel! It was very nice, that you could eat outdoors if necessary. In addition very friendly and attentive service staff around the breakfast. The free late check-out made it possible to stay longer in the accommodation until the departure - great!
The curtains are only partially darkened - with sunlight in the summer morning the room, despite drawn curtains, gets quite bright early.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean, quite and very confortable. Very Nice place.
Internet access (wifi) was beyond a razonable price, and not even in the lobby was a free connection, we need to do our check in for the flight and the 10' of internet for that cost around 10 euros, ridiculous.

The location I felt was perfect, but then anywhere you stay in Berlin is great location because the transport system was fantastic. For the bars we went to in Friedrichshain it was 2 trams/5 min journey. Never once took a taxi as well no real need. The hotel was clean and efficient - we never ate or drank there as again Berlin is just outside and there are many more options. So think of this as a hotel you use as a base to get to everwhere else, and not as a place to rest and relax - it didn't seem to have many features.
Nothing really...ok maybe last day the housekeeping tried to clean at 08:50 which was annoying as we were trying to get ready to check out and forgot to put the "I want to keep dreaming" door hanger out. But that's pretty minor and picky.

The roof of the room was crackling .Also a lady from the staff burst into the room while we were in and sleeping.
